I am obsessed with Latin America. Yes, the entire region. I’ve extensively traveled through South America, parts of Central America, and the Caribbean and I can’t get enough. Each country has so much to offer from food, to culture, to wine, to coffee (duhh), to history…I can go on and on. Guatemala is no exception. There are so many reasons why I decided to visit this country on a solo trip back in November but one of the main reasons is because I read that it was a vegetarian’s paradise.
