I can barely put into words how much I love Georgia. Seriously. It’s hands down my favorite country. The food, the wine, the people, the landscape, it truly has it all. I have had it on my bucket list for years. I even wrote my master’s thesis on wine and tourism in Georgia (did you know it’s the birthplace of wine!?) hoping I would get to go and do some field research during the summer of 2020. Of course, as you know, that didn’t happen. I finally got to visit this year for my birthday and it was everything I could have hoped for and more! Plus, my (now) fiance proposed there!! It’ll definitely always have a special place in my heart and I am so excited (lies. I’m positively giddy) to share about my favorite wineries in Georgia. 👉 Looking for where to stay in Kakheti? I can’t recommend…

Greece is easily one of my favorite countries. The traditional Greek cuisine, the wine, the history, the people, the sunsets…the list is endless. There are 227 inhabited Greek islands in addition to the mainland. I could basically spend the rest of my life exploring this magnificent country. Most first timer’s guides to Greece are going to include the island of Santorini. It’s an insanely popular destination for a reason. The caldera views are jaw dropping, the buildings whitewashed, and everywhere you turn has you pinching yourself and going “I’m sorry, but is this real life?”. The problem is that because it’s so popular it can be very crowded which can really take away from the experience. Don’t worry I got you. I’m going to share with you some of favorite things to do and general tips to avoid the crowds in this Santorini travel guide.  👉 Looking for where to…

I’ve made quite the packing journey as a traveler. I went from overpacking massive suitcases that needed to be checked in to traveling with just one bag – a carry-on backpack. This blog post is a guide to help you experience Salem, Massachusetts a bit more authentically with some of the best things to do in Salem that aren’t your typical popular attractions. Helping you go from being a tourist to a traveler. I’ll admit. The first time I heard of Salem was as a kid watching Hocus Pocus. I’m sure I’m not the only one. I quickly associated Salem with Halloween and witches, not thinking much more about the city until I moved to Boston. Suddenly, Salem was no longer this spooky city from my childhood, but a very real city less than an hour away from me. I quickly added it to my list, eager to learn more about Salem’s history. After my trip to Salem, I’m incredibly fascinated by the balance of its fame for Halloween with the need to remember the very real tragic events that occurred…
